Inside fun on a rainy day

Today the weather was not nice! We made some fun to have inside, shredded paper!!!
The children have fun throwing it in the air, rolling around in it and 'raining' it down over their friends.

Natural Learning in the sandpit

Today Bryn and Logan were really busy in the sandpit with the shells and jacaranda pods. There was so much to discover and we found that the natural resources were so versatile! We could build with them, dig with them, make music with them and discovered maths concepts...

Purple Cake Day

On Thursday the 1st of March was Purple Cake Day. A very special day where we recognise other cultures and raise money for a countries education. This year it was Nepal.

So we moved into high gear and we planned a menu of Dal with vegetables, Roti and Garlic Naan, Yoghurt and mint dip, papadums, purple jelly with fruit and of course purple cakes!



Some of the children really enjoyed the Dal and all liked the Roti and Naan and of course they all liked the jelly!
